IDEAS Autism Centre Launches First Sensory Garden

IDEAS Autism Centre (IDEAS) launched its new sensory garden for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a ceremony held in Nilai which was officiated by IDEAS Chairman, Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Zain Al-‘Abidin ibni Tuanku Muhriz and Cagamas Berhad’s President/ Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Chung Chee Leong. 

Cagamas, through its corporate social responsibility initiative, supported the IDEAS sensory garden project with the aim of enhancing the sensory experience and overall well-being of ASD children at the centre. The collaboration between IDEAS and Urban Hijau, supported by Cagamas, is Malaysia’s first sensory garden for those with ASD and is aligned with Cagamas’ sustainability pillar to promote a more inclusive and caring society.
