Cagamas Berhad ("Cagamas") provided a total of RM461,700 in subsistence allowance to 1,026 asnaf students as part of its 2023 Zakat Wakalah Programme in support of UITM's (Perak Campus) Zero Poverty Campus Programme. Each student received a one-time allowance of RM450, helping to ease their financial burdens and cover daily expenses.
Chief Financial Officer, Encik Abdul Hakim Amir Zainol represented Cagamas at the presentation ceremony. He was joined by Associate Professor Dr. Nur Hisham Ibrahim from the UiTM Rector's Office, Perak Branch, for the donation presentation and Hari Raya festivities at the Tapah Campus
