Ms. Keristi Chong, Chief Legal Officer, and Encik Shahrul Farelli Zulkiffli, Chief Internal Auditor, represented Cagamas Berhad (“Cagamas”) at the launch of the Ukay Indah Apartment Community Hall. This event was held in conjuction with the Hari Raya celebration organised by the Ukay Indah Apartment Resident Association. The sponsorship by Cagamas for the expansion of the Ukay Indah Apartment Community Hall is a corporate social responsibility initiative made in collaboration between Cagamas and Women of Will (“WoW”). Ms. Keristi Chong had the honour of officiating the opening of the community hall on behalf of Cagamas.
Through the sponsorship made by Cagamas, the residents of Ukay Indah Apartment are not only able to enjoy an upgraded and expanded community hall, but also a new meeting room and store room which were also built using the funds from Cagamas. This project has been a dream for the residents of Ukay Indah Apartment for many years and we are delighted that our sponsorship made this project a reality when it was completed in April 2024. With the expansion of the community hall, it is envisaged that more community activities can be carried out there including educational classes and recreational activities to benefit the well-being of approximately 3,000 residents living in Ukay Indah Apartment
